1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter any game. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to participate in competitive games in your jurisdiction.

2. How The Game Works

The 50/50 Club is a competitive elimination arena. Every round, 50% of players advance and 50% are eliminated. Players face a variety of skill-based challenges — trivia, memory, reactions, puzzles, and more. Performance in each challenge determines who advances. The final is a "First to N" quiz showdown — each question, the fastest correct answer scores a point. The first player to reach the required number of points wins. The points target scales with prize value. One ticket per player per game.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Each participant is limited to one ticket per game. Tickets are non-transferable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Challenges & Scoring

Challenges include trivia questions, memory games, reaction tests, word puzzles, pattern sequences, and more. All challenges are the same for every player in a given round. Scoring is based on accuracy and speed. AI-generated content is fact-checked for accuracy. Response time is used as a tiebreaker where applicable. Results are final.

5. Fair Play

All players face identical challenges on a level playing field. Any attempt to cheat, use automated tools, or exploit the system will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension. Results are verified and final.

6. Prizes

Prizes are described on each game's page. Winners are contacted via email and announced on the platform. We arrange delivery for physical prizes or bank transfer for cash prizes. Prize values are approximate and may vary.

7. Free Postal Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter any game. A free postal entry route is available for all games as an alternative to purchasing a ticket online.

To enter for free, send a postcard or sealed envelope containing your full name, email address, and the name of the game you wish to enter to:

• One free postal entry per person per game.
• Entries must be received before the game closes for ticket sales.
• Free entrants are entered into the game on identical terms to paid participants — the same raffle numbers, quiz rounds, and prize eligibility apply.
• Free entrants must have or create an account on the platform using the email address provided on their postcard. This is required to participate in the live game.
• We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.

8. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated tools, or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and account termination. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity.
